The main parts of diaphragm compressors arecompressor bare shaft, cylinder, piston assembly, diaphragm , crankshaft, connecting rod, cross-head, bearing, packing, air valve, motoretc.
(1)Bare shaft
The main body of the diaphragm compressor is the basic component of the compressor positioning, which is generally composed of three parts: the fuselage, the intermediate main body and the crankcase (frame). Each moving part is installed in the body, and the drive parts are positioned and guided. Crankcase memory lubricating oil, external connection cylinder, motor and other devices. In operation, the body must withstand the air pressure and inertial forces of the piston and moving parts, and transfer its own weight and all or part of the compressor’s weight to the base.
(2) Cylinder
The cylinder is an important part of the compressed gas in the compressor. Due to its high air pressure, variable heat exchange direction and complex structure, there are high technical requirements.
(3) Piston assembly
The piston assembly of a diaphragm compressor consists of a piston, piston rings, piston rod (or piston pin) and other parts. The piston and cylinder form the compression space. The reciprocating motion of the piston assembly is transmitted through the hydraulic oil in the cylinder to the gas in the reciprocating motion of the diaphragm group to complete the cylinder compression cycle.
(4) Diaphragm
The diaphragm system of the diaphragm compressor is a three-layer structure: the two outer diaphragms are the barrier layers, and the middle diaphragm provides a release path through a fixed O-ring seal. At the same time, the cylinder is divided into hydraulic oil chamber and working gas chamber. Diaphragm Usually it is made of rubber, plastic or metal.Ourdiaphragm compressor diaphragms are made of metallic materials.
(5) Valve
The diaphragm compressor valve is a component used to control the intake and exhaust cylinders. It automatically opens and closes under the action of pressure difference and elastic force, so it is called an automatic action valve. An air valve usually consists of a valve body, a disc and a spring. One of the most important components on a compressor that directly affects operation, the air valve is divided into an intake (intake) valve and an exhaust (outlet) valve.
(6) Connecting rod
The connecting rod of the diaphragm compressor can be divided into two types according to its large lift structure: split connecting rod and integral connecting rod.
(7) Crankshaft
The crankshaft structure adopts a split connecting rod, and the big end and the crank pin are fixed by connecting rod bolts when assembled. The integral connecting rod is used in the eccentric crankshaft structure, because the stroke of the eccentric crankshaft structure is twice the eccentric distance, so the integral connecting rod can be used for small refrigeration compressors. The one-piece connecting rod structure is simple and easy to install. The split connecting rod mates with the crankpin of the crankshaft so it can be used in long stroke refrigeration compressors. The big end of the connecting rod is inlaid with a thin-walled bearing bushing. Improve its wear resistance.
